Japanese Snack

We bought this snack from basement supermart @ Isetan (Shaw).

I saw this snack selling at the supermart that we had during our Japan trip last year. Promotion is 3 boxes at SGD27 plus. Ordered 1 sesame and 2 choco flavours.

It was also wrapped nicely like in Japan.

Shopping with sis

Laze at Ohchacha to relax our legs and minds.

Ordered homemade Matcha Panna Cotta and ochacha silk (green tea with soya bean milk).

The Pana Cotta is very smooth and delicious. The drink is a bit ordinary and lots of ice cubes in it. =(

Total bill SGD10.

We dined at Wild Rocket Restuarant.

We ordered soup of the day (cream of carrot), tuna salad, laksa pasta & crabmeat pasta.

Hubby ordered lamb.

Desserts to sweeten the dinner.

Strawberry cheecake (left) is served in special way. Cheese, ice-cream, cookies and straberries are placed in layer in a martini glass. Very delicious! My sis's favourite.

The lava chocolate cake is nice too but we had similar cake in other restaurants too.

Lunch at Big Splash

Lunch at Old Town cafe.

It was raining outside.

Milk tea was smooth and thick.

Husband ordered nasi lemak and mine was Rendang Chicken.

Went Marina at Keppel Bay for brunch.

We selected TCC to have our brunch. There was no customer when we went around 11 am.

I ordered Shroom 'n' Cheese Sandwich (SGD13). Waited quite long for this. It was huge and I cannot finish it.

Hubby's Garlic Chicken Spaghetti (SGD16).

Read this article from i-weekly magazine. Hubby promised to bring me hunt for this during weekends.

Almond tartlet S$1.80 (at bottom). Forgot the name of the bread on the right. It is blueberry flavour.

Macaroon S$1.20 each. We bought strawberry, passion fruit, chestnut and mango flavours. They have more choices and their colours are very appealing.

Othello S$1.20 each. Strawberry & blueberry flavours. Love the baby pink & purple colour.

Othello and Macaroon are super yummy!! I will be back for more. =)

Ping Pong Balls

Hubby craved for chicken rice balls since he first tasted them during our Malacca trip.

I searched from website and got this address: Good Year Local Hainnanese Chicken Rice Ball located at Blk 111 Toa Payoh Lor 1 #01-366

I would prefer normal chicken rice than ping pong chicken rice balls.

Beancurd and 'you diao' for supper!

Craved for the popular 'you diao' and beancurd from Gelyang. Knew that they moved to a new location in Gelyang.

Failed to find it during our first attempt but managed to locate it after getting their actual address. The new location is more spacious and comfortable.

'Mee Sua' , soya bean milk, beancurd and you diao.

Where is my sushi??
