I received this email from my close friend.... it touched my heart so I have to post it on my blog as part of my memories.

Jenny went Greece for almost 3 weeks. She shared some of her beautiful sceneric photos.

Seafood Baked Rice

Hubby wanted to do some cooking. My request was 'baked' rice.

We went grocery shopping in Cold Storage of Compass Point. Bought prawns, crab meat and chicken sausages.

Rate: 6.5/10.
Verdict: Rice is too soft and moist. A bit plain. Great effort!

Roasted Pork Ribs Porridge :-O

Mum taught me this easy to prepare porridge using roasted pork ribs and peanuts.

Definitely easy to prepare and super yummy porridge.

I crave for this whenever I see this photo....
